FEAR!!!

Looks like everyone is running for the hills, Cyprus is going down!  The tiny island that is a haven for Russia's wealth is instituting a tax on deposits.  With little headlines in the US, many people are using this small story, and the potential that it causes contagion down the line.  I think its much ado about nothing.  Buy on dips remains an attractive strategy.
